Mount Cikuray shapes the skyline south of Garut and can be seen from the Cisurupan area. Its mountain scenery and changing light near the summit are the main draws. Any approach to the summit calls for fitness and a check of current information from local managers; the mapped point represents the summit, not an entry gate.
